As previously communicated, all Vitaalpunt treatments will continue via (video)calling in the coming period. We will also continue intakes and new treatments. We will send you a link from Therapieland before or at the start of the treatment.

When you click on this link you will enter a video conversation with your practitioner. To make this possible, it is important that you log in to your computer shortly before the agreed time and that you have a stable internet connection. In some cases it is necessary to connect to the internet via a network cable. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to have this video calling take place via your mobile phone. When it’s not possible for technical reasons to establish a video connection, we can also contact you by telephone. Your practitioner will then call with an anonymous number.

This method of treatment, via video calling and telephone, may take some getting used to, but research shows that it can work very well. This is also our practical experience and what we get back from patients with whom we have previously worked. If your practitioner estimates that this way of communicating is not suitable for your situation, he or she will of course discuss this.

It is not possible to temporarily stop your treatment until this exceptional situation is over. It is important for both you and us to carry out as many activities as possible, in an appropriate manner. We fully understand that this can lead to all kinds of practical problems.
